AUV Navigation Systems Programmer at Aquaai

Full-time job

Hiring an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Navigation Systems Programmer. ROS skilled. Able to build, compile and manage nodes. Capable of managing a 50 or 100 node system.

Ability to work on multiple hosts.

Sensor integration is important. Linux essential.

Python essential.

Docker useful.

PRACTICAL mobile robot experience preferred.

3D robot skills even better. (drone/UAV/space)

Do you know underwater robots? Perfect – let us know!

SLAM experience – we’re interested.

Ability to assimilate and work from poor sensor data.

All of the above and you know and can program arduino too? Give us a call ASAP!

Other stuff that might make the difference:

Sensor integration

Vision processing: OpenCV or similar -we’re doing some cool stuff with video feeds.

Data manipulation/presentation.

Database skills. MySQL or similar.
